To name a device, type the name you would like to give your device in the “NAME” field

Pretty straight forward - yes - but its worth mentioning that the name you add here will be written in your patch files - this helps the MIDI Goblin determine what to do when a patch file is loaded.

If you have named a device and want to change the name at a later time, it could mean manually changing the names in all your patch files - major pain in the butt - so make sure the name you choose is one you like.
