You can save MIDI Goblin Wizard projects by clicking the save/load buttons.

Just be sure to save the project on your computer (not the MIDI Goblin’s micro sd card)

The synth name, parameter names and values all get saved to the .goblinWizard file. This could be handy if you’ve lost your micro sd card.
